This is a DIY Mango-Pineapple Overnight Oatmeal diet recipe you can throw everything into a bowl, put it in the fridge, and you will wake up to a tropical treat that you can enjoy warm or cold.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup Zico brand pure coconut water
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup mango, cubed
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- In a bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, coconut water, and water. Cover, place the bowl in the refrigerator, and let sit overnight.
- In the morning, microwave the mixture for 1-1/2 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached.
- Top with mango and shredded coconut. Serve warm.
